Husband accuses wife of cheating, beats, stabs her, with broken bottle in her private part
According to LIB, a 37-year-old man, identified as Victor Ojiaku, who allegedly stabbed his wife, a student, with a broken bottle in her private part.
He has been granted bail in sum of N250,000 by the Ejigbo Magistrates’ Court, 360 GP gathered.
Ojiaku sells automobile parts and he reportedly resides at 22, Arike John Close, White Sand, Isheri-Osun in Lagos State.
It was learnt that he stabbed his wife whom he suspected of having a sexual relationship with his sales representative.
According to Magistrate Akeem Fashola, who gave the ruling, ordered the accused to produce two sureties in like sum.
The News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, reported earlier that the case has been taken up by the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team.
The Coordinator of DSVRT, Mrs. Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, described that the victim was kept indoors and punished severely by her husband.
“The victim, Mrs. Faith Ojiaku, 27, a student, was held hostage by her husband for two days, depriving her of calling any family member for help or receiving medical attention.
She was subsequently rushed to the hospital for treatment after which she collapsed. She then pleaded with the doctor to make use of his phone to call her sister.
It was her sister that informed DSVRT which advised her to report the case at the Police station on behalf of her wounded sister. He also injured the sales representative with a broken bottle and some dangerous weapons.
The suspected assailant, a father of three, is facing a six-count charge bordering on grievous bodily harm, threat to life and assault."

American actor and Wrestler Dwayne Douglas Johnson, shares touching story about his dad.
The Rock bought his dad a new ride for Christmas.
He captioned: Bought my dad a Christmas gift and surprised him. He's had a hard life. This one felt good.
My dad, Rocky Johnson is a minimalist. Always has been. Never asks me for much and over the years his needs are always the barest. Crazy story, my dad's dad died when he was 13yrs old. That Christmas, my dad's mom had her new boyfriend over for Christmas dinner. Her boyfriend got drunk and pissed on the turkey. My dad went outside, got a shovel, drew a line in the snow and said if you cross that line I'll kill you. The drunk crossed it and my dad laid him out cold as a block of ice.
Cops were called. They told my dad's mom that when her boyfriend regains consciousness, he's gonna kill your son so one of them has got to go. In front of the entire family, my dad's mom looked at him and said get out. He was 13yrs old and now homeless. That f*cked up true story happened in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada in 1954. He needed the bare minimum then, just like does now.
Over the years, I've moved him into a big home, got him trucks to drive - which he'll literally drive into the ground until I get him something else. Hell, I'll get him anything he wants, but the SOB just won't ask;). Every Christmas, I always think about that story and my dad having every odd stacked against him at 13, but he fought thru it and still made something of himself. Makes me appreciate his struggle and hard work. Also, makes me appreciate the fun times he would beat my ass in the gym so bad when I was 13 and say "If you're gonna throw up, go outside.. and if you're gonna cry, then go home to your mother". I hated it then, but I embrace it now.

Greek ambassador to Brazil murdered by his wife's lover
Kyriakos Amiridis disappeared on Boxing Day,December 26th after he left the home of his wife's relatives in Rio de Janeiro.
Ms Amiridis was said to be having an affair with is reportedly a military police officer who works at a police station in a local slum.
One Military policeman, identified as Sergio Gomes Moreira Filho, reportedly confessed to killing Kyriakos Amiridis in the apartment where the couple were spending Christmas together after he caught him in bed with wife, Francois Amiridis.
It was learnt that Filho used the ambassador's own hire car to remove his body before setting it alight under an highway underpass.
Amiridis and his wife had been together for 15 years and have a ten-year-old daughter, 360 GP gathered.
It is understood that Investigators believe that Ms Amiridis may have paid a contract killer to assassinate her husband after he discovered her infidelity.
The remains of Mr Amiridis was found on Wednesday, December 28th underneath an overpass in the city.

Buhari removes Magu as EFCC chairman
Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, may have been removed from office.
According to The Guardian source, his redeployment back to Nigerian Police Force (NPF) was to pave way for a new person to be presented by President Muhammadu Buhari as the nominee to head the anti-corruption agency, before the Senate.
It was gathered yesterday that the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, has already issued a letter to Magu on the development and directed that he hands over to the Director of Operations in the Commission.

Buhari signs the Endangered Species Control Bill into law
President Muhammadu Buhari has assented to the Endangered Species Control of International Trade and Traffic Amendment Act 2016, 360 GP can confirm.
This bill was earlier passed by the National Assembly.
It was gathered that the aim of this amendment is to bring the penalty provisions along with economic realities and to act as a deterrent or deter people from trafficking and trading in endangered species because endangered are preserved of Nigeria.
President Buhari has now signed 17 bills into law in 2016.

Controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo, has fired an hot at her father her father, a former governor of Oyo State, Victor Omololu Olunloyo, for apologizing to actor, Jide Kosoko.
Recap that the snitch lady accused Jide Kosoko of using his three late wives for rituals.
She wrote: “My father Victor Omololu Olunloyo being the moron that he is reaching out to celebrities to “apologize” for what I write on social media got side-kicked this time.
“The one thing about my father is that he hasn’t realized that journalism and social media criticism is MY WORK AND JOB!
“Many people don’t know but my father is a hater of media since we were young. He is a big fan of media censorship and even shut down a TV and |Radio station when he was Oyo state Governor for 90 days. BCOS radio and TV were shut down for 30 days for staff yapping and criticizing President Shagari on the air.
“The governor could not survive a thick skin. Ha! Ha! Then one day he suddenly became a Nigerian Tribune Contributing Columnist and he later became a media whore speaking to all media at any opportunity he got. During his PDP days, he was made the PR person for the Oyo PDP for the 2011 election which Akala lost.
“He even blamed that on Akala “not listening to him.” Daddy pls STFU and stay out of my journalism work. Journalists are supposed to report on everyone.
“Below is how Jide Kosoko stylishly told him that I had the right to my opinion. In another publication, Kosoko stated that many people are saying the same thing “behind him” and only Kemi said her out so he’s not worried.

She was voicing out, what about those that would not say anything but in their mind, they would say that I have lost about three wives?

Prince James Uche’s son cries out as hospital threatens to throw out ailing actor
The Son of veteran Nollywood actor, Prince James Uche, has cried out to Nigerians to come to his father’s aid.
It is understood that the hospital in which the actor is admitted is set to throw him out over unpaid bills.
Uche is presently hospitalized in due to kidney problems and urgently needs to be taken to India for a transplant.
The actor is been hospitalized at Godspower Hospital, 32 Road, C-Close, House 7, Festac Town, Lagos State, 360 GP gathered.
His son, Uche jnr took to his Facebook page, wrote:
“Living a happy life of contentment was our family’s greatest plan until our father Prince James Uche fell sick; everything changed.
“Our lives and that of dad has been under the mercy of some Good Samaritans who has assisted us all these while in paying dad’s hospital bills; clothing us and making sure we feed twice or thrice a day; but today we’re helpless as the Samaritans says they’ve also ran out of resources to continue dad’s treatment.
“Now we’re homeless and helpless as the hospital where we live our small lives with dad threatens to throw us out on January the 3rd 2017 if no one harken to our cry.
“We are only kids and can’t help the situation; even going to school is a thing of the dreams to us now but we call on the good people of Abia State and our great nation Nigeria for help!
