EFCC nabs FUTA And AAUA Students For N16m Internet Fraud

 Economic and Financial Crime commission arrested students of Federal University of Technology, Akure, FUTURE and Adekunle Ajasin University, AAUA for alleged Internet scam.

The suspected students were nabbed at an Off- Campus Residence at Anuoluwapo Close, Stateline Hotel Road, off FUTA South Gate, Akure, Ondo State.

Their names and ages are; Adeleke Paul, 21, Adebiyi Tayo Abudu, 22, Akinsanmi Olusola Adeniyi 21, Ogundile Ademola James, 23 and Okali Ugochukwu, 21.

Paul, is a student of Building Technology (300l), James and Olusola are both students of Agricultural Resources and Mathematics( 400L) respectively.
Also, Okali is a student of Urban and Regional Planning (200L).  
Adebiyi Tayo is a  Student of Mathematics of the Adekunle Ajashin University Akungba, Ondo State (300L)

The EFCC also recovered from the students a 2006 black Toyota Highlander, 2010 light green Toyota Camry (Muscle), laptops, three Apple iPhone 6 and blackberry phones.
