A 19 years old boy identified as John Julius was sentenced to a prison custody by an Ado Ekiti Magistrate court after he allegedly raped a 35 years old woman.
According to the Police Prosecutor, Insp. Bayo Ajiboye, he claims the boy allegedly committed the crime back in July 12,201 at Efon Alaaye-Ekiti.
The prosecutor further revealed that John Julius allegedly attacked the 35 years old woman on her way to the farm. He (John) also injured the woman while trying to commit the act.
The court contravened Section 358 of the Criminal Code, Cap C 16,Laws of Ekiti State, 2012, in accordance with John's crime.
And finally, the Magistrate Modupe Afeniforo, sentenced John Julius to a prison custody and adjourned the case till August 19,2016.
