Argentina/ West Ham - Manuel Lanzini
Argentina Football Association, AFA, has confirmed that West Ham youngster will miss the olympics.
23 years old r Manuel Lanzini has been ruled out of the Olympics in Rio due to a knee injury he sustained in a match against Colombia.
The player will have to travel back to London for treatment so as not to aggravate the injury.
According a statement from Argentina FA, "Manuel Lanzini was discharged from the squad to play in the Olympic Games in Rio due to injury.
"The West Ham man will stay in Miami, from where he will depart directly for London.
"The necessary procedures have been put in place to call up Boca Juniors player Cristian Pavon, who is part of the reserves for the initial list, as his replacement."
