Beware of Fake Recruitment Exercise - EFCC warns


Economic and Financial Crime commission 


The Economic and Financial Crime commission, EFCC, have issued a disclaimer to Nigerians due to suspected fraudsters who claims the anti corruption agency is carrying out recruitment exercise.

A letter of  appointment that was wrongly prepared by a non-existent office of Director General, Ibrahim Lamorde and was dated 03/07/2016, which was sent to Ubong Aniefiok Bassey reads: “This is to inform you that you have been offered a job into the nigeria E.F.C.C, all applicant that have applied 2016/2017 nigeria EFCC form are expected to come down to the head office at Abuja on 15/07/2016.
Applicants are to pay his/her prescribed fees which is N49,000.0....All applicants are to come down to the head office at Abuja on 15/07/2017 with teller slip for the payment..Congratulations."
