According to Sky Sports, Chelsea have tabled a £30 bid for Brazilian defender David Luiz from Paris Saint German.
The defender joined the back to back Ligue 1 champions in 2014 for a record fee of £50m.
After failed bids of Alessio Romagnoli (AC Milan) and Kalidou Koulibaly (Napoli) to Chelsea, the Blues have now turned to Luiz.
