One Daniel Ugeli,30, allegedly committed suicide at his residence in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area, Delta State.
His body has been deposited at the Central Hospital Warri morgue for autopsy.
The 39 years old furniture maker resides at No116 Okoribi road off PTI Road in Effurun.
According to Daily Post, the deceased allegedly locked himself in his one room and tied his neck with a rope while hanging same to a ceiling fan.
According to the Ebrumede Divisional Police Headquarters led by CSP Dike Albert Uchechi stated that, “No foul play” was suspected in the death of the deceased but pictures were taken before the corpse was moved to the morgue in the presence of his mother, Mrs. Victoria Eghele, a petty trader at Effurun market.
