360 GP has learnt that Nigerian duo Kelechi Iheanacho and Alex Iwobi, have been named among 40 nominees, for the 2016 Golden Boy Award.
Some other stars included are; Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford, Tottenham Hotspur’s Dele Alli, Bayern Munich duo of Kingsley Coman and Renato Sanches and Borussia Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembele.
It was reported that the nominees are under the age of 21, player in the top tier in an European league and can only be included if they have never won it before.
