One member of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, in Ondo state, identified as Gbenga Ayodele Oladimeji donated his allowance for the month of September 2016 to the Akeredolu Campaign Organization, ACO as part of his contribution for Mr Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN success in the November 26 gubernatorial election.
The serving corper, Oladimeji donated his September allowance on Monday at the ACO’s secretariat in Akure.
He claims his decision was out of his patriotism and he revealed that Ondo state is in dare need of personality like Akeredolu.
“This is borne out of my patriotic resolve that Ondo state is in dare need of personality like Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu. A man with matchless professional integrity, convincing administrative dexterity and exceptional leadership acumen to salvage the people of Ondo state from the current socio economic quagmire and political directionless exhibited by the present administration in Ondo state.
“It is no longer a news that the government of the day in Ondo state is financially incapacitated to address most of the needs of the masses particularly the civil servants and the youths, it therefore become very sacrosanct for all right thinking individual to join Akeredolu in providing the needed requirement to salvage the state.
“I use this medium to call on well meaning citizen of Ondo state and Nigeria in general to donate generoulsly to this campaign in order to actualize Ondo state of our dream,” he said.
