Cemetery worker arrested with human skulls in Ogun

One cemetery worker, Oluwatoyosi Akorede, was arrested by the police in Ogun state in possession of two human skulls.
According to Daily Post,the suspect Akorede, an attendant at Ayepe Cemetery, was nabbed on Sunday night at Isale Oko area of Shagamu by a patrol team which was led by the Divisional Police Officer, DPO of Shagamu, SP, Moses Aduroja.

“Oluwatoyosi Akorede is suspected to have gotten the skulls by exhuming bodies of dead people.
“The Commissioner of Police, CP, Ahmed Iliyasu has directed that the suspect be transferred to the command headquarters, Eleweran in Abeokuta for further investigation.

“The suspect is being interrogated to unravel the reasons for his action and has thus far confessed the items were needed to perform rituals,” police image maker, ASP, Abimbola Oyeyemi said.
