The striker penned a two-year deal with the pharmaceutical firm, according to the brand manager of the firm Muyiwa Kayode.
Emzor are also the pharmaceutical partners of the Nigerian Football Federation, NFF.
"I feel very happy and excited about this development. This will serve as a motivation and I feel delighted to see that female footballers are now becoming brand ambassadors," Oshoala said.
"This role will help me support the coming kids through the ranks and I hope to achieve a lot with this by getting more kids off the street."
She expressed her confidence in the Flamingoes will bounce back from their opening day defeat to Brazil and qualify for the next round of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Jordan.
"They are the future of women's football in Nigeria and I'm confident they will get back to winning ways," she added.
