According to Pulse reports, who acquired some documents on November 16, the case is currently before Justice Oyebanjo of the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja Division and 360 GP understands that the case would be due for hearing on December 9, 2016.
It was gathered that D'Banj signed a memorandum of understanding with the technology company back on October 19, 2012, for the promotion of a concert organised by his media house, D’Kings Men Media LTD.
The tech company, MindHub invested the sum of $500,000 and N20 Million for the organisation of concerts.
The technology company, who filed a suit in 2015 against the singer to recover the money, has now taken the issue up legally again. The tech firms made it public that all efforts made by them for him to pay proved abortive.
