According to Vanguard, this girl in the picture was allegedly stolen in by her mother’s younger sister and her boyfriend in Enugu.
She was sold to one Florence Nwokocha for N350,000, has been reportedly recovered by police operatives in Abia State.
Enugu State Police Command’s spokesman, Ebere Amaraizu, said the missing girl was reported to the police on December 15, 2016.
Chinedu Chukwu, the immediate younger sister to the mother of the victim, was arrested during the investigation alongside her boyfriend, Osunkwo Chinonso.
They went to the girl’s school and allegedly tricked and kidnapped her away to Iho Olokoro in Umuahia, Abia State, where they sold her for N350,000, to one Florence Nwokocha.
Nwokocha was arrested and the police recovered the girl on January 16, 2016, at Faulks Road in Aba, Abia State.
The girl’s mother, Mrs Irechukwu, expressed her shock at her sister action.
