
Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney has rejected a mega money move to the Chinese Super league.
The move was expected to see Rooney become the highest earning footballer with a staggering £1m per week salary.
In a new statement released on Manchester United’s official website, the forward revealed he is set to stay at Manchester United and fight for his place with the team.
