John Ogu Nets First Goal In 2017 As Hapoel Wins League

Hapoel Be’er Sheva’s John Ogu has ended his goal drought  since July 12, 2016 .

The forward found the back of the net against Maccaabi Tel Aviv on Saturday evening.

Ogu scored in the 89th minute after teammate, Maor Melikson had cancelled out Vidar Kjartansson’s opener.

The victory helped Hapoel Be’er Sheva successfully defend their title, over closest challenger Maccabi Tel Aviv.
