In the video, a man was made to swim in very dirty mud water by a soliders.
It is unknown the reason why the man was even punished in such manner by the soldiers.
In the video, the alleged soldiers are heard saying "Oya put your head inside, enter well. If you no put your head, I go wipe you koboko".
