The
criminals were captured by eagle-eyed customs officers who spotted and
gave them a hot pursuit. Over 100 cartons of frozen chicken and turkey,
conveyed in 5 vehicles were recovered. The vehicles have been impounded
and the poultry products are scheduled for destruction.
The
Nigerian customs service has continuously reiterated its commitment to
end all smuggling activities in every part of the country. Below are
