According to online reports, a Lecturer of the University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT, identified as Reginald Ohiri from the Department of Biochemistry has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.
According to Daily Post, the lecture was abducted in his home at Aluu, Ikwerre, Rivers State.
The Public Relations Officer of the University, Williams Wodi also confirmed the news.
The alleged kidnappers are demanding for a ransom of N2m.
