According to Daily Post reports, earlier today, The Commissioner of Environment in Borno State, Alhaji Waziri IImam passed on.
“We had no premonition that this would be his final moment on earth, as he took himself to the hospital and he never returned,” the family member told Daily Post.
Although, The Borno state government is yet to issue a statement on the matter.
The late commissioner has been buried in Maiduguri.
